Sanjaya Kumar Gupta
Director
Sanjaya, co-founder, Spectrum Consultants, drives business development and delivery. With over three decades of industry experience, he oversees client requirements, talent-mapping, executive-level hiring, and automation strategies.
Previously with L&T, NTPC and Computer Garage Group, Sanjaya holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from DCE and a PGDBM from IIM Bangalore.
An ardent fan of Kishore Kumar songs and Amitabh Bachchan movies, he enjoys exploring nature, particularly the Himalayas.
Sharad Dhawan
Director
Sharad co-founded Spectrum with Sanjaya in 1995. He oversees partnerships, business relationships, and product diversification, while fostering a culture of innovation. He drives people development and has a strong background in recruitment.
Before Spectrum, Sharad set up Novell Certified Training Centres for the Computer Garage group, pioneering India’s first CNIs. A commerce graduate with a PGDBM from XIM – Bhubaneswar, in Marketing and Finance, Sharad is a passionate traveller.
Preeti Shah
COO
Preeti has been with Spectrum since 2001 and has been instrumental in leveraging the business, ensuring that Spectrum is one of the preferred partners in the semiconductor industry. Her client relationship management skills are commendable. She currently oversees the complete recruitment delivery at Spectrum.
Preeti holds a Masters degree in Management from XIM, Bhubaneswar and also has a Masters degree in Computer Education from DAVV, Indore. She is hardworking and passionate about her work. Preeti, an avid cricket fan, likes to travel in her free time.
Debashis Baral
General Manager
Debashis has been with Spectrum since June 2006. He is an expert in managing different locations, clients of different domains, and creating customized business models for temporary staffing.
He is skilled in manpower analysis, statutory compliances and recruitment of temp staff across domains. He started his career with TCI as Area Sales & Operations Executive and has also worked at a construction company as an accountant.
He holds a PGDBA degree in Marketing from Institute for Technology & Management, Bangalore. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Accounting Honours.
Vijayalakshmi S
General Manager
Vijayalakshmi oversees Spectrum’s Accounting, Finance and HR functions. Her focus is in on delivering profitable business results across the organization, ensuring all compliances are practised and followed. She has been with Spectrum for more than 24 years and has become an integral part in Spectrum’s continued growth and success.
Before joining Spectrum, she worked with an architecture firm in accounting and finance for more than five years. She holds a Diploma in Finance from Davar’s College of Commerce, Bangalore. She loves music, gardening, cooking and is an avid yoga practitioner.
Nandini Raju
General Manager
Nandini manages a part of the Outsourcing Business, which includes managing employees, operations, and client relationships. She has more than 17 years of experience with Spectrum and prior to that, she has over four years of experience in customer service and marketing.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from St. Joseph College and a Bachelor’s Degree in BBM. She is passionate about dance and has several performances to her credit. She likes outdoor activities.
