Preeti holds a Masters degree in Management from Xavier Institute, Bhubaneswar and also has a Masters degree in Computer Education from DAVV, Indore. She has been with Spectrum since 2001 and has been instrumental and a key contributor in growing the business and ensuring Spectrum is one of the preferred partners in the Semiconductor Industry. Her client relationship management skills are commendable. She currently oversees the complete recruitment delivery at Spectrum. She is extremely hardworking and passionate about her work. In her free time, Preeti enjoys travelling and is an avid cricket fan.
